| Panchakarma
Therapy (Preventive maintenance for
your body) |
The
panchakarma therapies are preventive
maintenance for your body. Just
like a well-oiled car, which must
be serviced regularly, also your
body needs preventive maintenance
which revitalizes the body organs,
mind and nerves, and purifies
the entire body to prevent the
outbreak of any disease.
|
| As they
say, prevention is better than cure! |
Most
therapies include massages with
herbal extracts, herbal powders
and oils, medicated steam baths,
prescribed vegetarian food and internal
medication if and when required.

Head is the most important organ
of the body because all the senses

ears, tongue and skin are located
in it. Therefore, a head massage
improves blood circulation, provides
nourishment to all these sensory
organs and promotes their normal
and natural functioning. It prevents

and refractive errors of the eye.
It promotes the complexion of
the face and endows a person with
