All visitor services start from Colombo International Airport.

Liability for visitors to our hotel extends exclusively to the premises of the Ayurveda hotel.
All trips are taken at our visitors’ own risk, even those organised by the Ayurveda hotel. The same applies to transfers between the airport and hotel.

Visitors who have been prescribed medication in their home country may only stop taking or reduce this medication if they receive permission to do so from a conventional medical practitioner. Recommendations made by our Ayurveda physicians cannot override the personal responsibility of our hotel visitors.

Visitors with a serious health problem must specifically notify our physicians of this, as certain therapies and medication may not be suitable as a result.

The Ayurveda hotel shall not assume costs arising from any out-patient or in-patient medical treatment needed – even as a result of an accident – during a visitor’s stay at the hotel.

Therefore, we highly recommended that visitors take out health, travellers’ sickness and accident insurance.
Any complaints must be made immediately, also in writing where possible, to management at the hotel. Complaints made at a later date cannot be accepted.

Rooms are available from 2 p.m. onwards.
Rooms must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

Please speak with the Front Office Manager for exceptions to these rules.

Terms of payment:
If no other agreement exists, the full payment for the treatment must have been deposited in one of our bank accounts no later than one week prior to arrival.

In the event of cancellation:
Please notify us in writing. The stamped date of receipt shall be taken as the basis.
All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Up to 8 weeks prior to the confirmed date of arrival: €100.00
Up to 4 weeks prior to the confirmed date of arrival: 15% of the hotel costs
Up to 2 weeks prior to the confirmed date of arrival: 25% of the hotel costs
Up to one week prior to the confirmed date of arrival: 50% of the hotel costs
All fees will be waived, except the administration fee of € 100, if someone is able to take your place at the hotel. You will be credited this fee the next time you visit our Ayurveda hotel.
