All visitor services start from Colombo International Airport.
Liability for visitors to Ayurveda Kuren Maho extends exclusively to the Ayurveda premises.
All trips are taken by the visitors’ on their own risk, even if these are organised by Ayurveda Kuren. The same applies for transfers between the airport and Ayurveda Kuren Maho.
Visitors who have been prescribed medication in their home country may only stop taking or reduce this medication if they receive permission to do so from a conventional medical practitioner.
Recommendations made by our Ayurveda doctors cannot override the personal responsibility of our Ayurveda visitors.
Visitors with a serious health problem must notify our doctors, as certain therapies or medication may not be suitable as a result.
The Ayurveda Kuren Maho shall not accept the costs arising from medical treatment necessary either as an outpatient or inpatient – even if this is the result of an accident – during a visitor’s stay at the Ayurveda Kuren Maho.
It is therefore highly recommended that visitors take health, travel sickness and accident insurance.
Any complaints must be made immediately, possibly also in writing, to the management. Complaints made at a later date cannot be accepted.
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. onwards.
Rooms must be vacated by midday (12 noon) on the day of departure.
Please speak with the front office manager for exceptions to these rules.
Terms of payment:
If no other agreement exists, the full payment for the treatment must be deposited into one of our bank accounts no later than one week prior to departure.
In the event of a cancellation:
Please notify us in writing. Based on the stamped date of receipt

All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees:
Up to 8 weeks prior to the confirmed date of departure: €100.00
Up to 4 weeks prior to the confirmed date of departure: 15% of the Ayurveda costs
Up to 2 weeks prior to the confirmed date of departure: 25% of the Ayurveda costs
Up to one week prior to the confirmed date of departure: 50% of the Ayurveda costs
All fees will be waived, except the administration fee of €100.00, if someone is able to take your place at Ayurveda Kuren Maho . You will be credited with this fee the next time you visit Ayurveda Kuren Maho.
